The Villas Financials folder contains the separate Villas Income Statements that were produced beginning in 2020. Prior to 2020, the Villas data is contained in the Community Combined Financials folder. The Community Combined Financials contain both Common and Villas data - combined in the Balance Sheet and the Income Statement. The current and prior year of financials are contained in the Community Combined Financials folder and the Archive folder contains older years of financials.
