The purpose of the Facilities & Capital Improvements Committee (FCIC) is to provide oversight to all building and Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) assets of the Skyestone Community Association, including the Lodge, Common Area buildings and recreational facilities.
The Facilities and Capital Improvements Committee (FCIC) meets on the third Thursday of the month from 1-3 pm in the Conference room. Meeting agendas & minutes are stored on the Documents Page in the locations shown below:
