Communication within Skyestone is one of the goals in the Skyestone Strategic Plan. Two subcommittees are affiliated with the Communications Committee, the Website Subcommittee and the Welcome Subcommittee.  Each of these units have specific charges and assigned bodies of work.  

Future activities for the Communications Committee include:  exploring opportunity for making classified ads available on the website, enhancing the newsletter with new feature articles, investigating use of the forums feature on the website, working with clubs and committees on how to promote their programs.  Many of these efforts require research as part of the development of the service, as well as policy and procedure implementation.  Committee members work with other committees as well as HOA staff.

If you'd like to volunteer for the Communications Committee, Website or Welcome Subcommittees please complete the Communications Committee Interest Form.  After you have completed the form, save the form and email it to the Community Manager at communitymanagement@skyestone.org.

The Committee is currently looking for 1-2 residents who have experience developing marketing materials, interviewing people and writing short articles.  Additionally the Welcome sub-committee is looking to add new visitors to their ranks. 

The Communications Committee meets the second Wednesday of each month 3:30-5.  Most of the meetings are held over Zoom.
